Welcome to Spiritual Connections. We’re committed to providing a comfortable, and respectful experience filled with the best energy for every client. Please read the following policies carefully before booking.

Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £35 is required to secure all appointments. This will be dedicated from your total service cost on the day of your appointment. The hourly rate is £35 with a minimum appointment charge of two hours. 
Appointments must be booked at least [24/48] hours in advance. Please be aware I can get booked up quickly and for months so please plan ahead. 
Same-day bookings may be available depending on schedule and will incur an additional fee of £10 per hour. 

Shaved sides and undercuts
These are available from fresh at a fee of £20 and maintained at a fee of £10 added to your total service cost. Please mention this at the time of booking. 

Please mention any extra extensions or repair work needed at the time of booking to ensure we are prepared with the correct hair colour and type.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in loss of your deposit.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the missed appointment total before being allowed to rebook.
A second no-show will result in being permanently blocked from future services.

Late Policy
Your appointment is chargeable from the start of your scheduled time, not your arrival time. Please arrive on time to receive your full service.
If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Hair Preparation
Please make sure your hair is clean, free from oils or conditioners and completely dry prior to your appointment.

Guests, Children & Pets
No extra guests are allowed at appointments. Only the person receiving the service may attend.
Children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.
Children receiving a service must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the appointment.
No pets are allowed, except for registered service animals with valid documentation.

Dreadlock Extensions
All of our dreadlock extensions are handcrafted and made to order with care and quality in mind.
Human Hair Extensions
We offer high-quality human hair extensions in both natural tones and bold, custom-dyed “wild shades.”
Wild shades incur an additional fee due to the custom dyeing process.
Please note: custom-dyed extensions may fade over time and will require periodic color refreshes. We offer this service for an additional fee—message us for details.
Synthetic Extensions
Our high-quality synthetic extensions are handcrafted in a wide variety of colors, lengths, and styles.
These cannot be dyed, but can be swapped out for new colors during future appointments.
Payment & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in advance for all extensions being fitted by us, with the remaining balance due at the appointment.
For extensions being shipped or collected, full payment is required upfront.
Maintenance
All fitted extensions require regular maintenance to stay strong and secure. Maintenance services are available and highly recommended for the longevity and strength of your locs. 
Before Your Starter Locs Appointment
Please avoid using conditioning treatments or oils for at least two months prior to your starter locs appointment, as these can interfere with the installation and performance of the extensions.

We offer a free video consultation up to 20 minutes with a quote prior to taking your booking. Additional video calls  requested by a client are available with an additional fee. 
We will always reqire images of your hair colour so we can match them accordingly. Please show your hair in natural light and not in direct sunlight. Please show these unfiltered of the front, sides and back including tied into a ponytail for thickness.

Service Satisfaction
If you’re unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to work with you to resolve any reasonable issues.

Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.
Do not attend your appointment intoxicated or bring alcohol to your appointment. You may be refused service.
We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons related to health, hygiene, or inappropriate behavior.

Photography & Social Media
We may take photos or videos during or after your service for promotional use.
Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed or recorded.

Payment Methods
We accept PayPal or credit/debit card through our website for distance payments.
Cash is king – we only accept cash in-store and at appointments.
Keep cash in circulation and keep your freedom.
Full payment is due upon completion of your service.
